Your duties and responsibilities shall include the following, amongst others:
End-to-end deal execution.
To front-end equity and fund-raising activities including interaction with lenders (FIs / Banks / NBFC etc), lenders agents & advisors like legal counsel, financial advisors, insurance advisors, independent engineers etc.
To manage due-diligence, preparation and negotiation of term sheets & definitive documents, meeting pre-commitment and pre-disbursement conditions and ensuring availability of funds as per the need.
To assist in arranging non-funded facilities while managing interaction with lenders on key matters like interest rate, project performance, refinancing etc.
To manage relations with lenders with respect to existing debt / facilities.
To assist the senior management in finalizing most optimal capital structure for investments, optimising in cost of fund, optimum fund-mix etc.
To be responsible for Project Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
To be responsible for business projection and planning.
Preparation and analysis of periodic cash-flow statements, projections and other MIS reporting for senior management.
Financial and cash flow projection for valuations etc.
Analysing cost trends and highlighting the variances on a regular basis.
Preparation and control of functional budgets.
Driving strategy along with management.
Lead generation to execution of merger acquisition deals.
Strong financial modelling, analytic skills and presentation preparation abilities.
Thorough exposure in deal analysis for onward submission to banks & financial institutions for sanction & funding.
Implementing strategic functions such as Equity and Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Project Funding, MIS etc.
Key Relationships: (External and Internal)
Internal management and all key stakeholders
Lenders, Agents, Advisors
6+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking/ Investing/ Fundraising.
Age: 27 and above.
Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member, with effective collaboration.
Have attention to detail with ability to analyse and prepare concise reports.
Exceptional ability to mentor and motivate the team.
Ambition and determination.
Strong leadership qualities.
