Mayank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and International Business from Indiana University, Bloomington. He spent years working as an Investment Banker and Private Equity Investment Professional in New York and Mumbai with companies like UBS and Everstone Capital Advisors. Shortly after returning to India, he discovered the gaps and opportunities in the real estate market and began his development career with The Phoenix Mills Ltd. before founding MAIA Estates LLP.

RISHAD KHERGAMWALA

DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENTS

After graduating in Mathematics & Management from the University of Kent in England, Rishad moved back to India in 2012. He worked to develop Crown Aura, a premium residential project in North Bangalore and delivered over 7,000 sq. ft. of palatial abodes. Having been with MAIA since its inception, his endeavour is to comprehensively imbibe a different set of rules and values through his work, that represents a new India.
