After completing his Master’s in Management Science from the University of Kent in England, Rishad moved back to India in 2012. He started his career in the real estate sector by leading the vision behind Crown Aura, a premium residential project in North Bangalore, where he planned and delivered over 180,000 sq. ft..

He has been a founding partner with MAIA Estates, where he leads all aspects of the developments, while actively integrating modern rules, values and techniques to build and deliver excellence through every single project.

Rudresh brings over 30 years of real estate development expertise to MAIA, leveraging his background as a Civil Engineer to manage projects from initial feasibility studies to tenant occupancy. Having begun his career as a draftsman and risen through the ranks to hold P&L responsibilities in organisations like Cognizant, Cushman & Wakefield, Wipro, GE, Bagmane, and Bhartiya City, he has led the execution of large-scale townships, IT campuses, commercial buildings, residential enclaves, and interior fit-outs.

His results driven leadership merges on-ground technical acumen with strategic oversight, ensuring projects meet rigorous standards of quality, sustainability, and timely delivery. Now steering MAIA’s architectural vision, Rudresh aligns each development with the company’s “Building Lives and Beyond” ethos, creating spaces that embody design excellence while fostering meaningful, long-term value for stakeholders and communities alike.

Building on two decades of distinguished service in the Indian Army and extensive HR leadership in manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, and the blue-chip art industry, Col. Jaswant Singh Chauhan brings a multifaceted perspective to MAIA’s hospitality division. He has successfully translated human-centric operations into exceptional guest and resident experiences, leveraging his background in HR policies, leadership coaching, and regulatory compliance. During his tenure as CEO of a Himachal Pradesh–based real estate firm, he integrated hospitality principles into strategic growth and asset management, ensuring seamless service offerings across multiple developments.

Now spearheading MAIA’s hospitality initiatives, Col. Chauhan fuses operational rigor with warm, inclusive service standards to embody the company’s “Building Lives and Beyond” ethos. By aligning every facet of hospitality—from staff training to facility management—he ensures MAIA delivers deeply satisfying, value-driven experiences for residents, guests, and stakeholders alike.

Drawing on nearly 2 decades of experience in design and brand building, Sanaa merges creativity with strategic insight to shape Maia’s distinct identity. With a Business degree from NIFT, a postgraduate degree in luxury marketing from The London School of Arts, she went on to create the popular accessories brand, Nomada, that retailed globally.

She has also worked with some of the largest companies in India to design and manufacture corporate merchandise on a large scale. As Creative Director at Maia Estates, she oversees marketing strategy, visual communications, interior design and CSR activities. Her holistic approach drives innovative and high quality outcomes, focused on design and creativity.

Amrit leads MAIA Life Services by fusing extensive real estate and hospitality expertise with a passion for operational excellence. A Chancellor’s Gold Medalist from Symbiosis with dual degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology, he tailors service offerings that elevate property value and customer experience

Aditya’s unique blend of legal acumen and business savvy underpins MAIA’s expansion strategy. Holding a BBA LLB (Hons.) from Christ University and with corporate law experience at Dua Associates, he rigorously evaluates land opportunities to align with MAIA’s long- term objectives.

His meticulous due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution safeguard the company’s interests while driving progress. By bridging legal frameworks and business goals, Aditya ensures that each new development remains both compliant and high-impact, reinforcing MAIA’s commitment to excellence.

Vipul’s extensive background in residential real estate—spanning 16 years across value to luxury projects—brings a strategic and customer-centric approach to every MAIA engagement. Armed with an MBA from Pune University and a specialisation in Infrastructure Management from ISB Hyderabad, he adeptly aligns sales initiatives with nuanced market demands. His experiences at TATA Housing and Raffles Residency honed his capacity for market expansion, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Having guided MAIA’s growth trajectory from its inception, Vipul now spearheads the company’s sales and CRM functions, ensuring each client interaction embodies the “Building Lives and Beyond” ethos. Through innovation, relationship management, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, he remains committed to delivering exceptional value and driving MAIA’s continued success.

Radhika’s cross-sectoral expertise in human capital strategy, organizational design, and change management underpins MAIA’s people-first approach. An Institute Silver Medalist from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with a background in Statistics, she blends analytical rigor with deep people insight to align HR practices with business goals.

Her career spans leadership roles across FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and EdTech, where she has driven culture integration, employee engagement, and large-scale organizational transitions. From building HR systems in fast-paced startups to shaping talent and performance frameworks in global corporations, Radhika’s work ensures MAIA’s “Building Lives and Beyond” ethos extends to its most valuable asset, its people.

A Chartered Accountant with 13+ years of experience majorly across L&T Realty, K Raheja, and Aditya Birla Group, predominantly in Real estate Finance. Mayank anchors MAIA’s financial strategy with a clear focus on growth and stability. Specializing in fundraising, corporate finance and investor relations, he crafts robust capital structures that fuel MAIA’s ambitious developments.

By overseeing valuations, deal structuring, financial modeling, and rigorous budgeting, Mayank reinforces investor confidence and keeps the company on track to meet its strategic objectives.
